Purpose
Track incremental economic outcomes associated with Revenue Chain repairs WITHOUT overstating causation — separating what was measured, what was modeled, and what was inferred.
Governing Principle
Do not represent modeled opportunity as measured recovered revenue. If incremental attribution cannot be established confidently, record ESTIMATED OPPORTUNITY or OBSERVED IMPROVEMENT — never 'recovered revenue'. Only entries CLOSED on RLR-39 may carry a recovered-contribution figure.
Evidence Classes
MEASURED ACTUAL
- Id
- measured_actual
- Meaning
- Reconciled outcome from the systems of record (RLR-35 definitions), attributable to the repaired link with adequate confidence.
MODELED ESTIMATE
- Id
- modeled_estimate
- Meaning
- A planning/projection figure (e.g. from the Calculator, RLR-05). Labeled an estimate; never summed into measured recovery.
ATTRIBUTED / INFERRED IMPACT
- Id
- attributed_inferred
- Meaning
- Improvement plausibly linked to the repair but not fully isolatable from confounders; recorded as OBSERVED IMPROVEMENT / ESTIMATED OPPORTUNITY, not recovered revenue.

Labeling Rule
- Rule
- Every economic figure carries an explicit evidence_class (MEASURED ACTUAL / MODELED ESTIMATE / ATTRIBUTED-INFERRED). A row without a confident measured attribution may not use the words 'recovered revenue'; it uses ESTIMATED OPPORTUNITY or OBSERVED IMPROVEMENT.
- Roi Only When Appropriate
- ROI is computed only when both incremental value and repair cost are known with adequate confidence; otherwise it is left blank, not estimated to look favorable.
Consumes Definitions From
- Resource
- RLR-35
- Note
- AOV, revenue, gross margin/profit, appointments, shows, and wins use their canonical RLR-35 definitions.
Calculator Consistency
- Rule
- Do not recreate financial formulas in ways that conflict with the Revenue Leak Calculator (RLR-05). Modeled figures reference the Calculator's method; measured figures reconcile to the systems of record.

- RLR-05
Quality Standard
- What To Measure
- Incremental appointments, shows, wins, and revenue/gross profit associated with a CLOSED repair, each tagged by evidence class and attribution confidence.
- Data Required
- Baseline and comparison-period actuals (RLR-43/RLR-42), RLR-35 definitions, repair cost where available, and the confounding-variables review.
- How To Interpret
- Only MEASURED ACTUAL at adequate confidence is recovered revenue. MODELED and INFERRED figures are reported separately and never added to measured recovery.
- Action That Follows
- Report measured recovery for CLOSED entries; report estimated opportunity/observed improvement otherwise; never upgrade an estimate to measured without evidence.
- Owner
- The repair owner named on RLR-39.
- How To Implement
- One row per repair initiative; fill baseline/current/incremental columns and set evidence_class and attribution_confidence explicitly.
- How To Test
- Verify each figure reconciles to its system of record (measured) or references its model (estimate) before publishing.
- When To Remeasure
- Aligned to RLR-42 windows; long-horizon tracking follows RLR-39 MONITORING.
- How To Know It Improved
- Measured, confidently-attributed incremental value accrues for CLOSED repairs and reconciles to the systems of record.
Compliance Guardrail
The Tracker handles revenue and customer data under the business's privacy and retention policy and records only what the economic evaluation requires; jurisdiction- and industry-specific rules are applied by the operator.
Integrates
- Only For Closed Entries

- Compares From
- RLR-43
- Definitions From
- RLR-35
- Model Method From
- RLR-05
How to implement
Re-measure over a comparable window and compare to baseline.
How to verify
Only mark a leak closed when the metric moved and held across the window.
