How we count appointments booked.

Our home page says 15,000+ appointments booked. Here is how we get that number.

The number.

  • 15,000+ appointments booked, as of November 2, 2026.
  • The count comes from our founder, David Christman.

What we count.

  • Our AI or our team books a time on a client's calendar.
  • We count only the ones where the person showed up.
  • A booking counts as a show, unless it was marked "No show."
  • So each one we count was booked first. That is why we say booked.

Where the records are.

  • We have served clients since 2022. The count spans those years.
  • Our early records were kept in spreadsheets.
  • Some were in our clients' own tools, such as JobProgress.
  • Our clients owned and ran those tools. We did not have access to them.
  • The rest, from later years, are in HighLevel.

Why it says 15,000+.

  • Our records are in more than one place.
  • We do not have an exact count to share.
  • So we say 15,000+, on our founder's word.
  • The rule is simple. If we booked it and it was not marked "No show," it counts.
